Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship (normally the same day!). Backordered items are not charged until they are sent.
If you have added any special offers to your order that you are not eligible for (e.g. not purchased the correct eligible goods to qualify for the offer) then these items will be excluded from your order and your order will be processed without them. No contract is made with you until your order has been despatched.
Shipping And Handling
All items are sent by First Class Postage or Courier - No extra charges are made for deliveries within the Uk . Extra Carriage charges are made to all other addresses (details on request - usually £4.95 regardless of order size)
Delivery Schedule All orders received before 4pm are normally shipped the same day .We aim to despatch your order the same day that we receive it. All orders are sent by first class post or overnight courier. Your order is usually delivered the next working day (Uk only). If an item is out of stock we will place it on back order for you - if we cannot despatch your order within 7 days, we will notify to you to when delivery will be made. We only charge your credit/debit card when your order is being despatched. You may cancel any back orders we hold for you at any time. We ship by first class post from Monday to Friday inclusive and almost every Saturday (cut off time for Same Day Despatch is 11:30 on Saturdays)
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you, we always recommend telephoning to ensure that items required urgently are in stock when you place your order. We do aim to keep large stocks, so that we can fulfil your order from stock however it is a common occurrence for some manufacturers to have frequent delivery problems.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is INCLUDED.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site unlike secure servers! If you attempt to defraud us, then your information may be given to the police, credit agencies & fraud prevention organisations.
Guarantee
All of our products come with a full money back no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All items supplied by us are guaranteed for one year. In order to ensure trouble free printing with your cartridge, we recommend using all Inkjet Cartridges within one year of purchase or by the date on the packaging if specified by the manufacturer.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, and will receive full refund. If you wish to cancel an order that you have already received then (subject to the item being in an unopened condition - unless faulty) we will provide a full refund. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt the goods (usually with 24 hours). Orders may be cancelled up to 7 working days after you receive the goods.

Although in order to provide the best service possible to our customers we are often found outside these hours!

All customer service enquiries are dealt with at the address and phone number given above. In the unlikely event that you wish to complain about any of our products or services we aim to: Deal with your complaint within five working days (usually 48hrs). Keep any information confidential. Use any information gathered to improve our products, services and procedures. Be fair in all our dealings with our customers.
Privacy Policy
System Insight DOES NOT disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses
